Frazer Clarke made sure not to lose any training time ahead of his next fight despite getting stuck in a lift on Monday night.

The 32-year-old heavyweight is set to take on Dave Allen On September 2 on the undercard of the rematch between Liam Smith and Chris Eubank Jr.

But, his training was briefly disrupted on Monday night, as he got stuck in a lift.

The Olympic bronze medallist posted a series of Instagram stories, as he ripped off his shirt and began shadow boxing in the lift.

"When you're a boxer and get stuck in a lift and there's a big mirror then there's nothing else to do," Clarke said.

The 7-0 heavyweight then entertained himself by singing: "All by myself," while captioning the video: "Didn't get a chance to warm the vocals."

At one point, Clarke filmed himself speaking to the helpline who said they were sending someone out, as he joked the he was OK for food because someone had left a hula-hoop on the floor.

Before he commented: "I always wondered what I would do if I was stuck in the lift and now that I'm here, I don't know what to do."

Clarke then posted another story lying on the floor of the lift, using his clothes as a pillow and he captioned it: "Took my sliders and top off to make a pillow, I've watched too much Bear Grylls to get caught out."

But, it did not take too long for Clarke to get out and was free within an hour and he posted on social media back in the gym the next day, as he resumed training camp less than two weeks out from his clash with Allen.
