MOUNDSVILLE – The Marshall County Chamber of Commerce and Grand Vue Park’s August Employee of the Month award goes to Eric Inclan, co-owner of Frame & Fortunes in Moundsville.

Inclan is a 2002 graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor of fine arts degree. He is a lifelong resident of Moundsville and his interest in drawing/art began at an early age.

Frame and Fortunes, a family owned and operated small business, located at 239 Jefferson Ave., in Moundsville, opened its doors in November 2006 as a custom picture framing shop, offering art sales and gifts.

Inclan received a certificate, gift card and passes to Grand Vue Park as part of the Chamber members “Employee of the Month” program which recognizes an outstanding employee of one of their chamber members each month.

During the past 16 years Inclan has been commissioned by many customers to create original pieces of black and white, as well as multicolored artwork from photographs.

His original pieces have included: portraits, pets, architectural images, cars, homes, local landmarks, caricatures and more. Many local landmarks from the area and drawn by Inclan are on display in the showroom.

His degrees in Art History and Painting have helped him to provide customers with expert design and color options over the years when custom framing their artwork. Inclan is frequently complimented for his keen color sense, his immaculate workmanship and his attention to detail in his artwork, as well as his custom framing projects, according to the chamber.
